entrepreneurship training to foster economic independence and resilience.

Leadership
Ms. Swati Soharia: Present board member/ director She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of women empowerment and upcycling. She provides training and employment opportunities to women from low-income communities across India, fostering their skills in the craft. Additionally, she actively engages in guest lectures at prestigious fashion design institutes to raise awareness about the perils of fast fashion and advocate for upcycling and recycling initiatives. Majority of her work is focused on the empowerment of women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Ms. Gunit Kaur Saluja: Gunit Kaur Saluja is an accomplished development professional and a Post Graduate from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). She has 12 years of rich experience in strategizing, designing and implementing skill development & empowerment program for rural communities. She has a great understanding and expertise in program development, partnerships management and documentation. She believes that the sustainable solution to the community lies within itself, we only need to handhold them, channelize their energy and motivate them to the righteous path.
