entrepreneurship training to foster economic independence and resilience.

Our Mission
Dignity Alliance Foundation aims to foster sustainable livelihoods, develop community leadership, and enhance skills for marginalized groups, especially women, adolescent girls, youth, and migrant workers.
Leadership
Harish Kumar : He is founder member/ director. He is the development professional and has more than 30 years’ experience of development work both at the field level and at organizational management level. Program development and implementation (grass-roots initiatives in Women empowerment, primary education and local self-governance and vocational skill development programs) He has been implemented a number of programs in education, local self-governance and women’s empowerment. He has works on the issues of women and adolescent girls in rural areas for a very long time. And he is still contributing to the society by dedicating himself to these issues. Along with this, he also works for the strengthening of other CBOs and grass root organizations.
Ms. Gunit Kaur Saluja : Gunit Kaur Saluja is an accomplished development professional and a Post Graduate from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). She has 12 years of rich experience in strategizing, designing and implementing skill development & empowerment program for rural communities. She has a great understanding and expertise in program development, partnerships management and documentation.
She believes that the sustainable solution to the community lies within itself, we only need to handhold them, channelize their energy and motivate them to the righteous path.
Priyanka Grewal : Priyanka Grewal is the Promoter Director of DAF and has been associated with the organisation since May 2026. She brings over 10 years of experience in the development sector, with expertise in resource mobilisation, strategic partnerships, organisational capacity strengthening, governance, gender equity, and social protection. As an Aspirational District Fellow in Jharkhand, she worked closely with district administrations to strengthen development outcomes in underserved regions. At DAF, she provides strategic leadership, drives organisational growth, builds partnerships, and strengthens institutional systems to advance sustainable, community-led development.
